Don’t miss our exclusive sake tasting with specialist Michael Simkin. Under Michael’s expert guidance, we will sample 5 sakes with some Japanese snacks and learn all about the history of sake, how it’s made and what all the different levels represent. This animated sake genius has visited or brewed at most sake houses in Japan, and now he’s here in Boston to share his knowledge and favorite sakes with us.
