Where: The Savant Project, 1625 Tremont St, Mission Hill

When: Saturday, August 23rd

Dinner:

Starts at 8pm and will finish at 10pm. Tickets need to be purchased in advance for the low low price of $25.09 (tax and tip included).

All wines paired with the dinner are Italian sparkling wines. Italian sparklers, like the famous Prosecco, are delicious summer libations and the bubbles give a very celebratory feel. While dining on the best fare in Mission Hill, learn about the wine making process taken by Italian Sparkling wine makers and how it differs from their brother and sister wines, Champagne and Cava.

The Menu

First Course:

Goat Cheese, Mango and Tempura Asparagus Maki Rolls

paired with:

Mionetto Prosecco Brut

Second Course:

Panko Crusted Salmon, Wasabi Potato Puree, Garlic Asparagus Tips, topped with Wasabi Mesclun Green

paired with:

Sergio Rosé (luxury cuvee’s by Mionetto’s wine maker Sergio Mionetto)

Third Course:

Sake Drunken Berry Cup, Fresh Lime Whip Cream Topped with a Fried Mint Leaf
paired with:

“IL” Moscato

Count Down:

After dinner the bar will open to all Second Glass readers and their friends. From 10pm until 1pm we will be mixing sparkling wine cocktails at the cash bar, wearing silly hats and counting down until Midnight!
