Had this with pesto pasta on a hot muggy day. The fit was there. Apple-y acidic, not too sweet, refreshing.

2010 The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc

I was tentative about this wine after the first sip but it really grew on me. The taste is certainly more aggressive than you might expect from the color/smell/grape. Also the label is pretty cool. Seems fit for casual sipping/summer party-ing.
