This Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses has a bright and lively ruby red robe. The primary nose is redcurrant and gariguette strawberries which move on to more complex aromas of figs and leather. The mouth is extremely elegant, beautifully-structured and well-balanced between the soft silky tannins and a blended and supple oak.
From 1350, the Bichot family was established in Burgundy, with a deer as a symbol. is is only in the XIXth century that the family gets into the wine business, when Bernard Bichot founds in 1831 a wine brokerage.
