Ladies and gents, it's time for everyone to start drinking Muscadet, and lots of it! This white wine from the west coast of France is light, refreshing and pretty damn cheap. It's made to go with the local cuisine of shellfish and other delicious sea creatures. This is a wine that's made for us New Englanders and what we like to eat most! Oysters
