Marco Montes runs his “Urban Winery” in downtown New Bedford and makes wine exclusively from Massachusetts grapes. Vidal Blanc is a hybrid grape created to rock-out in cool climates like parts of France, Canada and New England. The wine has a little bit of sweetness and totally kicks ass with Thai food.
