The name of this grape is actually really fun to say aloud, but you need to pretend you’re in Italy, yelling your opinion at someone. It also helps if you squeeze your thumb and forefinger together and shake your hand violently while you scream “Fah-Lahn-Gee'-Nah!” Got it? Awesome, because this is a totally bitchin’ white Italian grape that makes crisp and juicy, super easy to sip wines. You gotta try one of these wines so order one with fried calamari, anything with shrimp or caprese salad.
